Mission:

As a peer group of privately owned printing, marketing and communications companies in geographically and vertically diverse markets our mission is to share ideas, information and experiences.

What we do:

• Help members with business continuity in the event of a catastrophic event by sharing capacity and other resources across multiple U.S. locations
• Pool collective resources so that individual members can offer expanded capabilities
• Share financial, market, process and strategic information with other member companies
• Benchmark and share best practices within the industry 
• Conduct manufacturing plant and process critiques
• Conduct structured, organized meetings three times per year
• Conduct member surveys of sales management, customer initiatives, financial information, process materials, and manufacturing procedures
• Members have agreed to provide additional capacity and resources to help any member in need—especially in the event of a catastrophic event.
• Members occasionally “pool” their collective resources, allowing each member the ability to offer the expanded capabilities of the alliance when responding to specific requirements of large-scale opportunities.
• Because members are located in various regions across the U.S., the alliance can also provide a local presence for branch offices and facilities to serve clients located in key major metropolitan areas.

Solar Blue members are part of a highly focused information network dedicated to the success of its membership.

Each member in turn will be given the opportunity to host a meeting at their site. The meeting includes a facilities tour and thorough review of the operation including current and past financial data. Then the group focuses on a tactical and operational critique of the facility and operation with a focus on growth and profitability. 

As members we are dedicated to work together for our benefit and the entire membership. We will continually challenge our membership to excel as industry leaders.

Membership Requirements:

• Attend all meetings
• Participate in all surveys
